Saint Thomas Choir School is located at 202 West 58th Street in midtown Manhattan, between Broadway and 7th Avenue. Our fifteen-story school building was built to house the school in 1987, and has undergone major renovations within the last decade. The school building boasts a full gymnasium, a dedicated choir rehearsal space, a recreation room complete with ping pong and foosball tables, a spacious dining room, 9 classrooms, 5 soundproof practice rooms, 11 grand and 6 upright pianos, a two-story library, 17 dorm rooms, a chapel, and faculty apartments for all of the full time school staff.
The school is one block south of Central Park, providing easy access to a variety of open spaces for the boys to run and play, fields for sports practice and a large playground. The Choir School is also around the corner from Carnegie Hall, and a quick walk to Lincoln Center, Times Square, and the Broadway theaters. Read more about the advantages of our location here.
The school has a fully equipped gym used for phys ed classes as well as sports matches with other schools.

We’re easy to reach by public transportation: the school is one block away from the Columbus Circle subway station (A, C, B, D, and 1 trains), and on the same block as the 57th Street-7th Avenue subway station (N, Q, R, and W trains). New York City airports and train stations can easily be reached by subway, bus or taxi from the school.
Students, faculty and staff gather three times a day for meals in the double height dining room overlook 58th Street.
Driving to the Choir School is also a convenient option. There are multiple parking garages located within a three block radius of the school. Street parking in the neighborhood is limited.
