Course Dates:
Saturday, July 27 through Sunday, August 4, 2013.
FEES
Course fee $900
$150 deposit due with application March 1, 2013
Timeline:
Application with $150 deposit due March 1, 2013
You will receive an acceptance letter including information about forms
to return. Financial adjustments will also be stated in the letter.
Final payment and completed forms are due no later than June 10.

Please note: Your daughter
may be replaced by a girl from the waiting list if ALL forms (including physician forms) and
cash balance are not received by June
10.
Course fee
includes room, board, sight-seeing, Broadway show and repertoire packet.
Please
note:
All accepted girls will be
sent a complete packet of music
after their deposit has
been paid.
The cost of music is included in the fee.
Course fee does not include travel to and from the course.

Girls sing Evensong at Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue
(We are unable to accommodate parental visits after the evensong services).
Sunday, August 4, 2013
Girls sing 11:00 a.m. service with the gentlemen of the Saint Thomas Choir of
men and boys.
Girls are dismissed
at approximately 1:30 p.m., after a final review with the Director, and a group
photo.
Please note that
services can be heard live on the Saint Thomas Website, www.saintthomaschurch.org.
Webcasts will be archived for approximately one week.
